Chris Bailey
Chris Bailey is the host and executive producer of Reel Outdoors TV, a hunting and fishing show that airs nationally on the Sportsman Channel. Since it’s inception in Jan of 2003 Reel Outdoors has garnered more awards (16) then any other show on the network including "best big game series" as well as "best freshwater fishing series". Chris has been elected to the Board of Producers by his peers for three separate years, an award given to the top five shows based on excellence and professionalism in broadcasting. Chris will fish anytime and anywhere in the world for predatory fish. Favorite fish: peacock bass, beauty with explosive power…baby! Favorite Trip: Nile Perch on Lake Nasser, Egypt. Try throwing bass plugs to fish that can tip the scales at over 400 pounds in sight of a pharonic temple in the middle of the Sahara Desert. Our guide, Ramadan, told us that it had not rained in his lifetime of some 50 odd years, and wouldn’t you know, we got dumped on. I had my ultra light frogg toggs® for the rain and Chilly Pad™s for the heat, they go everywhere I go. Chris resides in Orem, Utah with his bride, Anna, and their four children.
